Regarding this Gossip Girl casting note, EW reports that Gabriela Abrams is an African-American female in her 40s, an attractive, warm, and outgoing mother.

Jessica Szohr is also of African-American (and Hungarian) descent.

What will it be like when Serena still has something with Dan althoug she's got hunky Carter Baizen in season 3??? She just can't get enough of Dan.

Instead of dating B, he's got another fresh chick.
